To introduce, educate, train and mentor inner city youth and young adults on the 5 core manufacturing skilled trades.
History
Marlon Solomon, Founder, is the primary decision maker for the program curriculum along with his board of governors. Marlon has over 20 years of manufacturing experience and is presently the Maintenance Manager for an automotive Engine Plant. The Board of governors are talented and experienced in their fields as the treasurer has 15 years in banking, the Vice President has 20 years of building maintenance, the director has 23 years of business management, and the committee chair has 25 years in human resources.
