Founder/CEO Mr. Marlon J. Solomon is a native Detroiter and inner-city graduate from Osborn High School, with an Electrical Engineering degree from Wayne State University and MBA from Walsh College. Who invested years in academic teaching and coaching city youth sports to now having accomplished over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. As a strategic leader, Mr. Solomon's leadership provides vision, competitiveness, awareness and adaptability.
